Bio
Anna (Tauzin) Neave is a marketing strategist, operator, and business builder with a passion for hospitality, growth, and creative strategy. She splits her time between leading Sweet Treets Bakery, a custom wedding and specialty cake bakery in Austin, Texas, and running The Good Kind Consulting, where she partners with restaurant, hospitality, and technology brands on marketing strategy, brand development, and business growth.
Most recently, Anna served as Chief Marketing Officer for Molak Corporation, overseeing marketing for more than 10 restaurant, retail, and entertainment brands, including Gruene Hall, Gristmill, and Down on Grayson. There, she led a six-person team across brand strategy, campaigns, tech integrations, events, PR, advertising, social media, and more; she worked closely with leadership, operations, and accounting to develop creative strategies, grow guest traffic, and measure results.
Previously, Anna worked as Fractional Head of Marketing for Big Chicken, a fast-growing QSR brand co-founded by Shaquille O’Neal, where she led multiple grand openings, launched the brand’s first loyalty program, and thrived in the fast-paced world of emerging restaurant brands, franchisee partnerships, and rapid expansion.
Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Director of Industry Relations and Community Affairs for ChowNow, an online ordering platform for independent restaurants, and held leadership roles at the Texas Restaurant Association and the National Restaurant Association in Washington, D.C.
Anna has been recognized as a Top Woman in Food by Lunchbox in 2024 and was named one of the Nation’s Most Influential Restaurant Marketers by Nation’s Restaurant News. She also co-hosts the Restaurant Masterminds podcast, where she shares industry insights and conversations with hospitality leaders.
Anna currently serves on the Board of Directors for Marqii and on the advisory board for SXSW Interactive; she is also Treasurer and Immediate Past President of Les Dames d’Escoffier—Austin. She holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Public Affairs from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass and Political Communication from Texas State University.
She is currently open to fractional marketing opportunities and long-term collaborations, continuing to consult selectively while growing Sweet Treets Bakery.
Based outside of Austin, Anna enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, visiting restaurants, and lounging with Frank, her beloved senior dachshund.
